Directs the operations of the property ensuring the highest levels of guest and associate satisfaction while maximizing profitability and efficiency. Through "hands-on" leadership, enhances the corporate and franchise policies, procedures and standards and manages staff to achieve the budgeted sales and profit goals.
Responsible for welcoming guests and assigning guest rooms. Checks identification and credit cards of all registered guests. Posts and compiles guest charges; responsible for proper processing of charges. Checks guests out on departure. Makes necessary changes and answers any questions as required.
